How Does TelyChat AI Billing Work?
One monthly charge per plan, in naira, with no per-seat maths and no setup fee.
You are billed per conversation, not per message
A customer thread counts once, however many messages pass through it. Someone who sends twenty messages about the same order still uses a single conversation from your allowance.
Prices are in naira, not dollars
Starter is ₦50,000 a month and Scale is ₦100,000, charged through Korapay. No dollar billing, no exchange-rate surprises on your statement.
The AI stops for humans
When a human agent takes over a conversation, the AI pauses for that thread and resumes on its own afterwards. Your team talks to the customer, not a bot fighting them for the last word.
Upgrade or cancel yourself
Upgrades apply immediately from the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancelling stops the renewal, and your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for.

How much does TelyChat AI cost?
The free plan costs nothing and covers 10 conversations a month. Starter is ₦50,000 per month for 300 conversations, Scale is ₦100,000 per month for 1,500, and Enterprise is quoted per business. There is no setup fee on any plan.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it does not expire. It includes 10 conversations a month, one inbox, two agents, the AI chatbot, the WhatsApp channel, the knowledge base and lead capture. No card required.
What counts as a conversation?
One customer thread, counted once regardless of how many messages are exchanged inside it. Twenty messages about the same order is one conversation.
Do you charge per agent seat?
No. Pricing is per plan. Free includes two agents, Starter five and Scale ten.
What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?
You are warned as you approach the limit. On the free plan, going over suspends automated replies until the next cycle or until you upgrade.
Is there a discount?

Which payment methods do you accept?
Card and bank payments through Korapay. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.
