Last updated: 22 September 2026. telychat.com sets a small number of cookies. One keeps you signed in and cannot be switched off. The others measure how the site is used and let us show relevant advertising on other platforms. This page lists them by name, says what each is for, and explains how to refuse them.
Which Cookies Are Essential?
These are required for the site and the dashboard to work. They cannot be turned off through a preference, though you can block them in your browser, in which case signing in will stop working.

The light and dark theme choice is stored in your browser's
localStorage under telychat_theme. It stays on your
device and is never sent to a server.
Which Cookies Measure Traffic?
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, where visitors came from and which content leads to signups. This is how we decide what to write and what to fix.

Which Cookies Are Used for Advertising?

What About Live Chat and Other Third Parties?
The live chat widget on our marketing pages is served by our own Chatwoot instance at chat.telychat.com. It sets cookies to keep a conversation going and to recognise a returning visitor so they do not repeat themselves. Because it runs on our own infrastructure, that conversation data is not shared with a third-party chat vendor.
Pages that embed third-party content, such as an embedded YouTube video, may set their own cookies once you interact with the embed. Those are governed by the relevant platform's own policy.
How Do I Block or Delete Cookies?
Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies from its settings, usually under Privacy or Site Data. Blocking analytics and advertising cookies does not affect your ability to sign in or use the product.
To opt out of personalised advertising specifically, you can use Meta's ad settings, Google's ad settings, or the industry opt-out pages for your region. Because these are third-party services, we cannot switch them off on your behalf, which is why the settings live with them.
